About

I am a performer, writer, facilitator and creative producer born in BiaÅ‚ystok (Poland) and based in London (UK).

My artistic practice occupies the fault line between theater, live art and comedy. It delves into the complex relationship between the stories told by mass popular culture, historical events and my own immediate subjective experience shaped by the experience of migration and growing up in Eastern Europe in a working-class family. Through my performance and writing I want to challenge stereotypes about migrants, cultural representation, gender, class, high and low art.

I am a co-director and lead creative producer of The People Speak - an international and interdisciplinary art collective. We create interactive participatory interventions in the UK and abroad, where we articulate collective imagination, inform public decision-making and deepen connections between diverse groups of people. My producing experience includes Rich Mix (2015-21), Chats Palace (2015-16) and Polish Artists in London network, which I founded in 2011.

As a facilitator I regularly host Talkaoke - an interactive non-hierarchical pop up talk show by The People Speak, and deliver creative facilitation workshops in community, youth, educational, science communication and cultural settings.

I am a Polish-English wedding MC and event host.
